The FaciliTorr Weld/Purge
Purifier purifies gases used in welding and purging of ultra high purity piping
systems up to < 1 ppb.
The FaciliTorr ensures
consistent gas quality and removes all oxygen impurities, resulting in welds
that are continuously reproducible. In purging applications, the FaciliTorr
provides fast drydown of UHP gas systems during start-up and operation. The
FaciliTorr operates at ambient temperature, and can be factory-reactivated to
provide extended lifetime and reduced cost of ownership.
